View ArticleWelcome to Steiner Chiropractic, your local Castle Rock chiropractor, serving Castle Pines! We are pleased to provide experienced chiropractic care to patients from the Castle Pines, Castle Rock, and Parker areas. We operate under the guidance of our chiropractor, Dr. Chris Steiner. Dr. Steiner and our staff use a "whole person" approach to healing. This means that rather than providing temporary solutions for pain, we look for the cause of the pain, condition, or discomfort. After Dr. Steiner has diagnosed the cause of pain -- often some type of imbalance within the spinal column -- he can commence crafting a chiropractic care plan that is designed just for you.
We use a number of different chiropractic care approaches for treating your pain or other health issues here at Steiner Chiropractic. Our Castle Rock staff will be glad to discuss all of our techniques with you. We strive to help each of our patients understand their treatment course by clearly explaining our methods and answering any and all questions.
Many Castle Rock back pain, neck pain and car accident patients have been helped by Dr. Steiner's adjustments and treatments. Spinal manipulation, a very gentle method of guiding an injured back into its correct position, is one the main components of our care. In many cases, our car accident and personal injury patients suffer from back pain and neck pain -- sometimes to the point of being virtually unbearable. A spinal adjustment by Dr. Steiner can often improve the way that our car accident patients can function, reducing or eliminating back pain, neck pain, and even increasing range of motion.
Our chiropractor also advises patients on specific corrective exercises that can help with managing their injury or disease. The corrective exercises will be demonstrated to you here in
the office, so that you can learn them and then take that knowledge home with you. This helps you to truly be a participant in your own healing, as making these exercises a part of your daily routine can dramatically speed your healing.
Manual Therapy and muscular therapy may also be utilized as part of the healing plan for our patients. Manual Therapy can help increase blood circulation to injured areas, reduce injury swelling, relieve muscle spasm problems, and help to regain range of motion.
Patients who are already healthy and want to keep good health well into the future often take advantage of our nutritional counseling and lifestyle advice programs. Nutritional counseling can help our patients to pinpoint exactly what they are doing right with their diet plan, and what can be better.
Patients who are seeking experienced Castle Rock chiropractic care can trust us to help with the healing process -- from injury to complete recovery, we'll be here for you!
